About the Artist:

Magdalena Kłys is a painter from Poznań. She was born and lives in Poland. Most of her works are in private collections in Poland and abroad, in Russia, Great Britain, Italy and the USA as well as in galleries in Italy, Spain and the UK.

Last year, her paintings were shown at exhibitions in Madrid, Venice, Rome, London, Budapest and California, USA. They were presented at the International Contemporary Art Fair in Brussels and at several exhibitions, in the Vatican, St. Petersburg, Bydgoszcz, as well as Tokyo. Now her artworks are part of an exhibition in Bydgoszcz, Poland. In September, her exhibition will be held in Lisbon.

She is represented by: Inter Alia, Galeria,: Laguna Art Gallery California, Context Art Gallery, Italy and VAN GOGH Art Gallery Madrid and Galleria Azur, Madrid and Galeria Jagiellońska 1 Bydgoszcz, Poland

She is a finalist of the MALAMEGI LAB18 ART PRIZE and one of the winners of the 8th edition of the ITSLIQUID CONTEST competition, where she won an interview that will be published soon. She was also appreciated for understanding and obtained a certificate of recognition of her talent and artistic work in the Luxembourg Art Prize competition.

Her artworks are published in the Italian album: Artists Today, Artists of Tomorrow. The album premiered on December 6 at the European Parliament in Rome.

She is inspired by Life itself, it’s spiritual dimension, by travels, people in their true ways, the diversity and beauty of nature and the potential of old, often unnecessary items - such as the patina on a brass candlestick, old postcards, cards, books and materials with similar structures or patterns. She draws inspiration from everything that touches her deeply.

The artist mainly creates acrylic paintings, playing with colour and texture. Initially, she mainly created abstract paintings. Currently, her paintings show a combination of abstraction and figurative creativity. The artist draws inspiration from the surrounding world, nature and man.

According to the Artist, abstraction is endless, as you can combine any texture, any colour, creating an almost living composition.

Painting in a variety of ways, she combines the unlimited human thought and imagination with the infinity of painting itself.

Większość jej prac znajduje się w kolekcjach prywatnych w kraju i za granicą, m.in. w Rosji, Wielkiej Brytanii, Włoszech i USA oraz galerie we Włoszech , Hiszpanii , UK

W ubiegłym roku jej obrazy były pokazywane na wystawach w Madrycie, Wenecji, Rzymie, Londynie i Budapeszcie i Kalifornii, były prezentowane na Międzynarodowych Targach Sztuki Współczesnej w Brukseli oraz na kilku wystawach, m.in. w Madrycie, Watykanie, Sankt Petersburgu, Londynie, Rzymie, Bydgoszczy , a także w USA i Tokio. Teraz jej artprace są częścią wystawy w Bydgoszczy . We wrześniu odbędzie się jej wystawa w Lizbonie .

Inspiruje ją samo Życie, także jego wymiar duchowy, ale także podróże, ludzie w ich prawdziwym pięknie, różnorodność i piękno natury oraz potencjał starych, często niepotrzebnych przedmiotów - takich jak patyna na mosiężnym świeczniku, stare pocztówki , karty, książki i materiały. o podobnych strukturach lub wzorach.
Inspirację czerpie ze wszystkiego, co głęboko ją dotyka.

Sztuka, którą tworzę, to dzielenie się wszystkimi moimi wspaniałymi wartościami i uczuciami z ludźmi i ze światem.

Używam tradycyjnych materiałów, farby akrylowej, węgla, pasteli, tuszu. Eksperymentuję z nimi, aby znaleźć zaskakujący efekt końcowy. Uwielbiam struktury i często je tworzę, fascynują mnie zaskakujące efekty i możliwości jakie dają.
To świetna przygoda.

Malarstwo jest tym, co kocham najbardziej, to pasja mojej duszy. To co maluję jest kteacją , tworzeniem mojej Duszy.
